Houses at Tamaki Primary by Hevani

👥⭐Alamein Day (Thursday)⭐👥

Guten Tag and welcome back to my blog! Just letting you all know this blog will be a short blog so let's start this blog off by introducing Alamein.

Alamein is one of our house groups here at Tamaki Primary School, you may or may not know but, we have 4 house groups at our school:

Tripoli - Blue

 Alamein - Yellow

 Benghazi - Green

 Tobruk - Red

Above are the house groups and their colours. An interesting fact is that each house is named after a street or road around our area which in turn is named after various war campaigns.

Every week we are awarded token for displaying the school values and being true ambassadors for Tamaki. The house group who accumulates the most tokens get to have pizza and sundae's for lunch and a day were the whole school has to wear the winning house colour.

So because Alamein won last term they got their day were the whole school had to wear Yellow and pizza/sundae's for lunch!

That is all for this blog and thank you!
