We have been doing novel studies for the past week. Our group have been reading, "The Silent One." We had to do a DLO to reflect our learning. This is what we have learnt thus far.

Have you read this book before ? If so what was your favourite part about your book ?
Hey Arizona, my name is Parwin and I am a year 8 from Yaldhurst Model School! I really liked the description that you have written because it was really interesting and I don't know about others, but now I really want to read that book because I want to know what Jonasi will do.
ReplyDeleteThis reminded me of our novel studies and if you don't know, my group could either pick 'My sister lives on the mantelpiece' or 'The boy in the striped pyjamas' I picked the first one because it sounded really interesting and I liked the blurb too.
I think that you did an awesome job because you have added your thoughts on the book and you have written an awesome description too!

I like how you added the GIF, but I think it might distract some people that just look instead of read.
Next time I think that you could add Just a little bit more writing.
