Today we did a collaborative group task to discuss hangout expectations and protocols during online learning. Ms Ashley shared a PB4L slide deck that had videos attached that we needed to watch before we connect with our teacher.
Doing these tasks made the expectations clear making sure that we are set us for success. We were super excited for our first session and there was lots of laughter and joy because we had not seen each other for a while.
Next it was back to business with group discussions and we had to come up with a create task. This is what our group came up with. What made this task interesting is that we had to link the hangout expectations to our school values which are: Mana Tangata, Ako, Manaakitanga, Kaitiakitanga and Whanaungatanga.
